Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scan Reports highlighting paradigm shifts in energy, mobility, and digital infrastructure
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen sustainability solutions for carbon-neutral operations
- Mentor junior futurists on emerging market analysis methodologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives at industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impact
- Experience with ESG frameworks and circular economy principles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
