Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 corporate sustainability strategy with measurable impact targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing circular economy models and carbon-neutral technologies
- Identify and integrate emerging climate tech innovations (AI-driven resource optimization, biodegradable materials)
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and sustainability accelerators
- Present sustainability roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Oversee ESG compliance reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks
- Drive internal culture change through sustainability education and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of delivering corporate sustainability initiatives with quantifiable ROI
- Expertise in circular economy principles, carbon accounting, and ESG frameworks
- Strong network within climate tech startups and sustainability innovation ecosystems
- Advanced data analysis skills with sustainability metrics (GHG protocols, LCA assessments)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar credential preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
