Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects targeting carbon-negative technologies and circular economy solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, VCs, and academic institutions for emerging green tech
- Oversee lifecycle assessments and impact metrics for all sustainability initiatives
- Drive corporate sustainability policy development and implementation across global operations
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of sustainable entrepreneurship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability, cleantech innovation, or ESG strategy
- Proven track record developing and scaling sustainable business models
- Expertise in circular economy principles, lifecycle analysis, and carbon accounting
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Certification in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) or sustainability management
- Demonstrated ability to secure innovation grants and impact investment funding
