Responsibilities
- Define Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Blockchain.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to handle future growth.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
