Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) with 3-5 year horizon impact
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product blueprints
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership reports on technological disruption scenarios
- Manage external innovation ecosystems including startups and research institutions
- Advise product teams on future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and market shifts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio published thought leadership or patents in emerging tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
