Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Anticipate regulatory and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify next-gen acquisition targets
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in scaling technical teams across global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
