- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen AI systems, quantum applications, and climate-tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate 2026-relevant research
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's role in solving 2026 global challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of R&D leadership experience
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI/ML systems at Fortune 100 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and practical implementation strategies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry recognition
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or government grants
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM) or equivalent strategic planning framework
