Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, IoT, and quantum ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year commercial viability
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and autonomous systems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board for strategic investment decisions
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) for joint research initiatives
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' incubating moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or singularity economics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Future Studies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2025-2030 tech disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and long-range forecasting methodologies
