Responsibilities
- Conduct longitudinal trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Design and deploy scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations
- Oversee R&D pipeline alignment with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate futurism into actionable strategy
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or futurism roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (2018-2023 validation)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and risk-mitigation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
