- Develop patent strategies for 2026-relevant innovations
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors on tech disruption timelines
- Establish innovation KPIs for 2026-readiness across all business units
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio for quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching products at least 3 years ahead of market adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and AI model optimization
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future technology paradigms
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI) or equivalent futurist methodology
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ for exponential tech growth
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of emerging technologies
