Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready AI/ML solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment
- Conduct market analysis on emerging tech disruptors (Web4, neuromorphic computing)
- Drive innovation partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams of 15+
- Deep understanding of blockchain, NFT, and metaverse ecosystems
- Proven track record of patenting breakthrough technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
