Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks focusing on 2026 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Create strategic roadmaps for AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development cycles
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience developing 2020+ technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
