Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation, blockchain scalability, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with ESG compliance and climate tech goals
- Drive adoption of generative AI in enterprise workflows while maintaining ethical governance
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech ROI and sustainability metrics
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Represent the company at global tech summits and patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI/ML or quantum computing implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on next-gen technologies
- Expertise in scaling tech teams across at least 3 continents
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and Google AI Leadership
- Portfolio showcasing deployed solutions with $10M+ business impact
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with venture capital fundraising and startup acceleration
