Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with 10-year scalability
- Identify emerging tech paradigms and integrate them into product ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and patent strategy
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record of disruptive innovation
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 tech predictions with 80%+ accuracy
- Experience scaling systems from prototype to global enterprise deployment
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
