Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic 2026 technology roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI integration projects
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech paradigms
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications
- Advise C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab and similar institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains: quantum, biotech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives
- Fluency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Experience with global tech policy advocacy
