Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neurointerfaces) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating frontier tech into commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Author technology impact assessments for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future tech vision at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Physics, Computer Science, Bioengineering) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Prior work with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
