Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives for carbon-negative data centers and energy-efficient blockchain networks
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape legislation for neurotech and metaverse governance
- Design zero-trust architecture solutions for post-quantum cybersecurity
- Drive innovation in human augmentation technologies and brain-compute interfaces
- Partner with academia to accelerate commercialization of lab-scale breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems from prototype to production at scale
- Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography and distributed ledger technologies
- Published research in top-tier journals on ethical AI or sustainable computing
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7001 standards
- Strong background in carbon footprint modeling for tech infrastructure
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for stakeholder alignment
