Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
