Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning and market trend analysis
- Create strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize R&D investments
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
