Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for human-centric autonomous solutions
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and societal impact scenarios
- Collaborate with global think tanks and academic institutions on future-focused research
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in bio-digital interfaces
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology concepts implemented at scale
