- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature, Science, or ACM Digital Library
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling tools
- Top-tier security clearance (or ability to obtain)
