Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on technology evolution and societal impact
- Manage incubation programs for emerging startups in our accelerator
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight work
