Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and human augmentation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Hub
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to embed futuristic capabilities into their ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Curate and evaluate startup innovations for our 2026 Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D, product innovation, or technology strategy leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, brain-computer interfaces)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful futuristic products
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar premium publications
