Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including Web3.0, biotech integration, and autonomous systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with market potential beyond 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy and investor relations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects with venture capital partners
- Mentor emerging talent through our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Published author or speaker at premier tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental tech to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of technology adoption curves
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
