Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Architect future-proof solutions for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects bridging current capabilities and future paradigms
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and keynote speaking engagements
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate-tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation from concept to market
