Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to prototype future solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting technology trends and their business implications
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
