Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership reports on technology evolution and societal implications
- Advise executive team on tech-driven market opportunities and competitive threats
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Published work on future technology or innovation strategy (plus)
