As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype and deploy AI-driven platforms, quantum computing frameworks, and immersive metaverse experiences. You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for market disruption and create actionable roadmaps for 2026-ready infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI convergence, quantum computing adoption, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and autonomous systems
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical and technological disruptions affecting 2026 digital landscapes
- Architect secure, scalable platforms for quantum-resistant cryptography and AI ethics frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong background in ethical AI design and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with metaverse development tools (Unity, Unreal Engine) and AR/VR integration
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
