Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership

- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects to commercial viability
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
