Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Architect next-generation digital frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year implementation potential
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with rapid prototyping capabilities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting technology evolution
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation preferred
