Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography, AGI safety protocols, or synthetic biology
