Responsibilities

- Develop patent-pending innovations in sustainable tech and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready digital transformation
- Present visionary blueprints to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in future technology forecasting
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, bio-AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks
