- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 technology milestones
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive trends and publish in industry journals
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging startups for strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
