Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum AI, biotech integration, and neural interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential post-2025
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and invest in frontier technologies
- Host innovation workshops to cultivate future-focused talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on tech trends (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting models implemented in production
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen technologies
