Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with emphasis on quantum computing integration and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead scenario planning workshops for technology adoption in post-quantum landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal implications of emerging tech
- Advise executive stakeholders on technology investments with 2026 ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development in autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2026-vision development experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and spatial computing
- Published thought leadership on future technology ethics and policy implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transition phases
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
