Responsibilities
- Design and lead implementation of 2026-era technology frameworks including AI neural networks, quantum-resistant encryption systems, and biometric authentication protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario analysis to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech adoption across enterprise infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify and incubate emerging startups
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with proven experience in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technology adoption lifecycle forecasting
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies brought to market
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, Delphi method)
