Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy and innovation roadmap aligned with business growth targets
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) and their market implications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with industry disruptors, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Mentor internal talent and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and conference speaking
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
