Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology foresight framework
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Produce strategic whitepapers on quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3.0
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Present futuristic roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through speaking engagements
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Portfolio of successful tech commercialization projects
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
