Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and board members for strategic alignment
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of exponential thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with proven impact on scaling future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or biotech convergence systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting tech products
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools and scenario planning methodologies
