- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product specifications
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning Horizon as industry futurist
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present findings to executive board and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
