Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research on quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present future-vision briefings to executive board and industry consortiums
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure ROI on future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on quantum/AI convergence or ethical tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and neurotech landscapes
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
