Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating futuristic technologies into existing infrastructure
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems architecture capabilities
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts from Gartner, IDC, or similar bodies
- Track record of launching at least one breakthrough tech product/solution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
