Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps identifying emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to conceptualize next-gen user experiences and interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning research on disruptive technologies with 5-10 year adoption timelines
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of technology innovators and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-technology symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurism work or patented innovations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
