Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
