- Proven experience with blockchain and decentralized architectures
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure quantum services and Google AI
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience leading cross-continental engineering teams
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
