Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and high-availability systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and integrate relevant advancements into the core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data in a decentralized future.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into business value.
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
