- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biometric interfaces)
- Present future-vision blueprints to C-suite and venture partners
- Champion sustainable tech practices across global operations
- Mentor next-gen technologists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic futures planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging tech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Public speaking at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES) required
