Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, multi-modal AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) using proprietary datasets.
- Develop and implement robust AI governance, safety, and ethical frameworks to mitigate hallucinations and bias.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for edge deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to translate technical capabilities into market-ready features.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies in the Generative AI space.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Attention mechanisms, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
