Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous systems.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex, distributed AI systems with a focus on scalability, low-latency, and fault tolerance.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI models and research papers into production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust guardrails for AI safety, ensuring compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a Lead Architect role specifically within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Trend Awareness: Proven ability to identify and integrate future-forward technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) early in their lifecycle.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
