Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 3-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026-era solutions
- Drive R&D budget allocation for high-impact innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Strategic consulting or C-suite experience in Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in AI ethics or future technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
